Rooms in the ISES / EVS 2011 block are open for reservation on a first-come, first-served basis at a rate of $159 USD (single or double occupancy). The special $159.00 USD rate is valid from December 5-December 14, 2011. Reservations may be made at the group rate through November 17, 2011.

You may also make your reservation online at www.marriott.com/sjubr. When entering your requested dates, please put one of the room type codes above in the group code field. The hotel will provide its cancellation and change policies at time of booking.

Location
The La Concha Renaissance Hotel is situated in Condado and fifteen minutes from Old San Juan.

Transportation
Taxis are plentiful and have fixed rates from the airport. Please note that there are surcharges of $1.00 for each piece of luggage and night services from 10 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. A charge of $2 per person will apply for the 6th and 7th passenger.
