Call for Interesting and Challenging Cases

We are pleased to announce a call for interesting and challenging cases for the ENDOVASCULAR SUMMIT 2011 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. We invite your submission of a challenging clinical case, with or without complication you have managed related to endovascular intervention or vascular surgical procedure. Also welcome are case presentations of innovative approaches in any area of endovascular or vascular surgical procedures

Case Submission Criteria and Specifications

All cases will be reviewed by the Endovascular Summit Program Scientific Committee, who will select the most interesting cases for presentation at the ENDOVASCULAR SUMMIT 2011. Applicants whose cases are chosen will be listed as members of the faculty and have their meeting registration fee waived. All other expenses for travel and accommodation for the Endovascular Summit 2011 remain the responsibility of the faculty member. Please limit the number of submitted cases to 3.

Please complete the attached case application form and fax, mail, or email to ISES for submission to the ENDOVASCULAR SUMMIT Review Committee.
